Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, optional profile image, professional major.
• User content: cards/posts, comments, likes, favorites.
• Device and notification data: device identifier and Firebase messaging token.
• Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use data

• Account creation, login, email verification, and password reset.
• App features (cards, comments, likes, favorites, profile).
• Transactional email and push notifications.
• Security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with hosting, email, and notification providers that process it on our instructions, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete Account) or on the web at delete-account.html. We complete deletion requests without undue delay and within 30 days.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion by using the in-app controls, the web deletion page, or emailing ex@muathirun.com.

Children

PXcellence is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Security

We use reasonable measures including hashed passwords and authenticated APIs. No transmission method is completely secure.

Terms of Use

By creating an account or using PXcellence you agree to use the app lawfully, not to post harmful or infringing content, and not to attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. The app is provided as-is for informational and community use.
