You can delete your PXcellence account without keeping the app installed. Enter the email address of your account. We will send a confirmation link. After you confirm, we delete the account without undue delay and within 30 days.
In the app: open Profile / Settings → Delete Account → confirm.
That deletes the account immediately while you are signed in.
Request deletion by email
If an account exists for that email, you will receive a confirmation message. Check spam if you do not see it.
What is deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, password, image)
- Access to the app (sessions are ended)
- Personal data linked to the account, subject to limited backup retention for security and legal reasons
This action cannot be undone after you confirm the email.
